How do I connect my Shopify store?

Click "Connect with Shopify" on the signup or settings page. You'll be redirected to the Shopify App Store where you can select your store and authorize the connection - no manual URL entry needed.

How do I create my first flash sale?

1. Connect your Shopify store
2. Go to Dashboard → Create Flash Sale
3. Select a product, set discount and duration
4. Preview and publish!

How does billing work?

Heartly uses a commission-based model. You pay a percentage (starting at 7%) on successful sales made through your flash sales. There's no monthly fee - you only pay when you make sales.

Can I customize the flash sale page design?

Yes! Go to Settings → Design to customize colors, add your logo, and match your brand. Pro plan features include custom branding and the Designer tool for premium backgrounds and themes.

What happens when a flash sale ends?

When a flash sale ends, the countdown shows "Sale Ended" and the purchase button is disabled. The discount code is automatically deactivated in Shopify.

How do I track my flash sale performance?

Go to Analytics to see views, clicks, conversions, and revenue for all your flash sales. You can filter by date range and export reports.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use AES-256 encryption for Shopify tokens, TLS/SSL for data in transit, and Row-Level Security in our database. We're fully GDPR compliant. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can uninstall the app from your Shopify admin at any time. Your data will be deleted within 48 hours as per our Privacy Policy.
