Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the dashboard. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.

What happens after the trial ends?

After the 7-day trial, you will be billed automatically on your chosen plan. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged.

Which plan is right for me?

Basic is ideal for merchants running single product flash sales. Plus adds carousel campaigns and custom branding for growing stores. Pro includes advanced analytics, real-time dashboards, and priority support for high-volume merchants.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel from your Shopify admin (Shopify merchants) or dashboard (WooCommerce merchants) at any time.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a full refund within the first 14 days if you are not satisfied. After that, cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period.

What payment methods do you accept?

Shopify merchants are billed through Shopify Billing (same payment method as your Shopify subscription). WooCommerce merchants pay via Stripe (credit card, debit card).
