The platform

One product. Three layers.

Heartly is built as three integrated layers — each with its own audience, its own surface, its own value. One subscription pays for all three. Merchants get tools. Shoppers get a discovery hub. AI agents get an API. Same data, three distribution channels.

Most flash-sale tools sell a feature. Heartly ships a platform: the tools to run the sale, the surface to distribute it, and the API for the agentic-commerce wave that is already here.

01 · The revenue engine

For DACH D2C brands on Shopify & WooCommerce

Merchant Tools.

The paid SaaS layer. This is what merchants log into. Flash sales, AI co-pilot, competitor radar, raffle drops, carousel campaigns — everything you need to run urgency-driven commerce without stitching three plugins together.

  • Flash sales on autopilot

The AI co-pilot reads your products, your sales history, your top five competitors' pricing every day. When the model is confident, it proposes a specific sale — products, window, discount — with predicted lift. You approve from your phone in two taps. Heartly handles price rules, countdown, stock cap, auto-revert.

  • Competitor Radar

Tracks your top five competitors. Alerts when they launch a sale, what products, how steep, for how long. You react before they undercut you — not three days later when your conversion drops.

  • Carousel campaigns & raffle drops

String 3–7 sales into a single campaign that auto-switches products on a schedule. Run gamified raffle drops to capture emails and build hype. Black Friday on autopilot.

  • PAngV & Omnibus compliance built in

Every sale auto-records the legally-required 30-day reference price for EU sellers under the Price Indication Directive. Storefront badges, structured data, admin reports — all compliance-aware by default. No fines, no manual workarounds.

02 · The discovery engine

For shoppers — free distribution included

Deals Hub.

The consumer surface. Every live flash sale across every Heartly merchant lands here — on the public web, in two native apps, and indexed for AI shopping crawlers. Free traffic for every merchant on every plan.

  • deals.heartly.io

Server-rendered, mobile-first, Schema.org Product + Offer JSON-LD on every deal. Indexed by Google, Bing, GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended. The same data powering this Agent API powers the public web.

  • Native iOS & Android apps

Push notifications hit deal hunters within seconds of a sale going live. Curated feeds by category, country, and discount depth. Direct buy links route back to your Shopify or WooCommerce store — Heartly never owns the checkout, you do.

  • Built for AI shopping crawlers

Heartly was AEO-optimized before AEO was an acronym. Every deal page ships with the structured data AI agents quote when they synthesize shopping answers. When a shopper asks ChatGPT for “best gin deals this weekend”, Heartly merchants surface.

  • Free distribution. Every plan.

No extra fee. No setup. Every flash sale you launch through Heartly automatically appears on the Deals Hub and the apps, unless you explicitly opt out. Most merchants leave it on because the referral traffic is real.

03 · The agent surface

For AI agents — Model Context Protocol (MCP)

Agent API.

Built for the agentic-commerce era. A public, free, rate-limited MCP server that any AI agent — Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, Cursor, Perplexity, Gemini — can query for live deal inventory. Listed in the Official MCP Registry under io.heartly/deals.

  • Three read-only tools

list_active_deals, search_deals_by_category, get_deal_by_id. Each tool supports four filters: country (ISO 3166-1 alpha-2), category, minimum discount, and time-to-end.

  • Streamable HTTP transport, stateless

Modern MCP spec, no session token, no authentication, no payment. Rate-limited at 60 requests per minute per IP. DNS rebinding protection, strict CORS, structured logging for KPI tracking.

  • Verified merchants only

Same hygiene gate as deals.heartly.io: active tenant, not suspended, not a development store, not password-protected, not feed-frozen, valid Shopify or WooCommerce credentials. The Agent API returns clean inventory or nothing.

  • Listed across the MCP ecosystem

mcp.so, Smithery, Glama, and the Official MCP Registry as io.heartly/deals. The Official Registry feeds downstream directories like PulseMCP — one listing surfaces in many.

The connective tissue

One data pipeline. Three audiences.

The three layers are not three products bolted together. They are three surfaces over the same data pipeline. A merchant launches a flash sale once. The sale appears on their storefront, in the Deals Hub on the public web, in the iOS and Android apps, and as a queryable entry in the Agent API — same data, four channels, zero duplication.

The flywheel: more merchants on Heartly means a richer Deals Hub and Agent API, which means more discovery traffic and more AI citations, which makes Heartly more attractive to the next merchant. Each layer reinforces the others.

Merchant Tools

Generates the deals. Every active sale becomes a record other layers can surface.

Deals Hub

Distributes deals to humans. Public web plus two native apps, indexed by every major crawler.

Agent API

Distributes deals to AI agents. MCP protocol, free, listed across every public registry.

The timing

Built for the agentic web.

In May 2026, Google announced Universal Cart at I/O — the infrastructure for AI agents to discover products and execute purchases on behalf of shoppers. In March 2026, Shopify shipped Agentic Storefronts. OpenAI added shopping to ChatGPT. Honey relaunched as “Agent Ready.” The shift is not speculative anymore.

For DACH merchants, this is a structural opportunity. Universal Cart launched US-first; EU rollout has no announced timeline. That gives European merchants 12–24 months of structural lead time to build the foundations — server-rendered Schema.org data, public deal directories, MCP endpoints — before the wave hits.

Heartly was built for this. The Deals Hub layer was already indexed by GPTBot before agentic commerce had a name. The Agent API ships with three tools and four filters from day one, matching the patterns AI shopping agents actually use. The Merchant Tools layer generates the upstream data both layers feed on.

The merchants who prepare in 2026 surface in the AI shopping answers of 2027. The merchants who wait become invisible.

Common questions

Platform FAQ.

  • Do the three layers cost extra?

No. One subscription covers all three layers. Merchant Tools is the paid SaaS — Deals Hub and Agent API are included free with every plan. Both are also publicly accessible (deals.heartly.io for shoppers, mcp.heartly.io for AI agents) and require no merchant action beyond launching a flash sale.

  • Is the MCP server free for AI agents to use?

Yes. The Agent API at mcp.heartly.io is public, unauthenticated, and rate-limited at 60 requests per minute per IP. Any AI agent (Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, Cursor, Perplexity, Gemini) can connect with the URL alone — no API key, no signup, no billing. It is listed in the Official MCP Registry at io.heartly/deals.

  • Can I opt my store out of the Deals Hub?

You can. Every flash sale in Heartly has a "Public listing" toggle. Off by default for new accounts that opted out during onboarding, on by default otherwise. Distribution through the Deals Hub is included free with your subscription — most merchants leave it on because it generates referral traffic with zero work.

  • How is this different from a flash-sale plugin?

A flash-sale plugin runs sales. Heartly runs commerce. The AI co-pilot proposes specific sales with predicted lift before you ask. The competitor radar warns you before a rival undercuts you. The Deals Hub sends free traffic from shoppers and AI agents discovering your sale. The Agent API surfaces your sales inside ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity. A plugin is a feature. Heartly is the platform.

  • Is this DACH-only?

No. The protocol layer is geo-agnostic — any Shopify or WooCommerce merchant, anywhere, can connect to Heartly and surface in all three layers. Most current merchants are in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland because that is where Heartly is built and marketed. The Agent API supports any ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country code filter.

  • Will AI agents actually drive sales?

Early signal: yes. The first ChatGPT referral landed on heartly.io within weeks of GPTBot crawler access. Universal Cart (Google, May 2026) and Shopify Agentic Storefronts (March 2026) make it clear agentic commerce is happening at platform scale. The merchants who prepare now — server-rendered Schema.org Product data, public deal directories, MCP endpoints — surface first.

  • PAngV and Omnibus compliance?

Built in. Every Heartly flash sale auto-records the legally-required price reference (lowest 30-day pre-discount price for EU sellers under the Price Indication Directive). Storefront badges, JSON-LD structured data, and admin reports are all compliance-aware by default. No €0 fines, no manual workarounds.

Last thing

All three. One subscription.

€29/month gets you all three layers. Merchant Tools as your day-to-day workspace, Deals Hub as free distribution, Agent API as your foothold in the agentic-commerce era. No add-ons.
