Write to partners@heartly.io (or use the button below). You get your partner code, a Pro plan for your agency and demo stores, and a direct line to the founder — no forms, no certification course.

Your client installs in two clicks
Heartly onboards via OAuth — install from the Shopify App Store or connect a WooCommerce store, done. Autopilot proposes the first campaigns on its own. Your billable part is the strategy: which products, which dates, which discount depth.

Tell us the shop, earn every month
Send us the shop domain after install and it is attributed to you. From the first paid invoice on, 30% of what the shop actually pays goes to you — every month, for 12 months per shop.

How is the revenue share paid out?
Quarterly by bank transfer, via self-billing credit note (Gutschriftverfahren) — we issue the credit note, you do not need to write an invoice. Minimum payout €50; smaller balances roll over to the next quarter. EU partners need a VAT ID.
When does my share accrue?
Only on money Heartly actually receives: after the shop's payment has settled and the refund window has passed. Trials, free plans, and refunded months do not accrue — so no clawbacks later.
How is a shop attributed to me?
You tell us the shop domain within 30 days of the install — one line by email is enough. We match it to the tenant and flag it with your partner code. No tracking pixels, no cookie loss on the App Store redirect.
What happens after the 12 months?
The share ends per shop after 12 paid months. Every new shop you refer starts its own 12-month clock. If the program terms improve, existing partners are upgraded, never downgraded.
Is there setup work for my clients?
Onboarding is OAuth — two clicks. What clients pay agencies for is the strategy on top: campaign calendar, discount depth, product selection, BFCM planning. Heartly Autopilot proposes; you and your client decide.
