A countdown timer that actually converts.
Server-anchored timing, real stock scarcity, auto-scheduling. Built for flash sales on Shopify and WooCommerce.
How the Heartly countdown works.
01
Real-time countdown, every visitor sees the same clock
Every visitor sees the same countdown — server-anchored to your shop timezone. No browser-time guessing, no inconsistent end-of-sale moments across customers.
02
Auto-scheduling with shop timezone
Schedule a sale to start at 19:00 Berlin and end at 23:00. Heartly handles DST, holidays, and weekend cutoffs. Your timer runs on the same wall-clock as your store.
03
Stock-limit indicators that update live
Pair the countdown with live stock counters. As shoppers buy, the count drops in real time — the same scarcity signal Amazon uses, on your own brand.
04
Works on dedicated sale pages — no theme edits
Each sale gets its own branded page on heartly.io with the countdown built in. No liquid hacks, no plugin conflicts, no slow-loading widgets on your product pages.
What merchants use the countdown for.
Limited-time discounts
24-hour drop sales, weekend specials, payday promotions. Set start and end times, Heartly handles the rest.
BFCM and seasonal launches
Run a Black Friday countdown that started 30 days before the sale. Build anticipation, then convert when the clock hits zero.
Product drops and pre-orders
New product launches with a countdown to availability. The timer shifts from “Launches in” to “Sale ends in” automatically.
Restocks and back-in-stock waves
Restock countdowns for cult products. Shoppers know exactly when to refresh the page.
Countdown timer — FAQ.
Does the countdown work on both Shopify and WooCommerce?
Yes. Heartly is built for both platforms. Same countdown engine, same auto-scheduling, same timezone handling. One dashboard manages stores on both.
How does timezone handling work?
Every sale uses your shop's configured timezone (Shopify shop_timezone or WooCommerce site timezone). The server anchors the end-time, so every visitor — regardless of their browser — sees the same countdown.
Can I put the countdown on my product page?
Yes, embeddable widgets exist. But the recommended setup is the dedicated sale page on heartly.io — better conversion, cleaner UX, no theme conflicts. Embed when you need it, dedicated page when you want maximum conversion.
What happens when the countdown hits zero?
The sale ends automatically. The discount stops applying, the page shows a “sale ended” state, and inventory returns to your store. Auto-end is handled server-side — no manual cleanup needed.
Can I extend a countdown after it ends?
Yes, you can extend a live sale or relaunch an ended one. The countdown picks up at the new end-time, and previous visitor sessions update automatically.
How is Heartly different from Hextom Ultimate Sales Boost?
Hextom is a Shopify-only utility focused on cosmetic timers and stock counters. Heartly is a full flash sale platform — dedicated sale pages, AI Autopilot, competitor intelligence, dual-platform reach, and a public marketplace.
